• Loss of employment, income, business opportunity, or expected earnings
• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any nature
• Losses resulting from reliance on Company advice, training content, or counsellor guidance
• Data loss, technical failures, or system downtime beyond our reasonable control
• Actions or decisions made by hiring employers regarding any candidate

In any event, the maximum liability of the Company to any individual candidate shall not exceed the total fee amount actually paid by that candidate for the specific service in question.

6Candidate's Own Responsibility

Employment success depends on the candidate's own skills, qualifications, attitude, interview performance, and prevailing market conditions — not solely on our training or placement assistance. Each candidate accepts full personal responsibility for:

• Their preparation, conduct, and performance during placement activities
• Decisions made based on career counselling or guidance received from the Company
• The accuracy of all information shared with the Company and with prospective employers

7Unauthorised Representations

Any individual — whether associated with the Company or not — who makes verbal or written promises of guaranteed jobs, fixed salaries, or definite employment outcomes that contradict this Disclaimer acts outside the scope of authorised Company communication. The Company bears no responsibility for such representations. Candidates are advised to seek written confirmation for all material commitments before relying on them.

8Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and all matters arising from it are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at the registered location of MCS LLP.
