At MCS LLP, we follow a structured and multi-stage recruitment and training process designed to ensure proper evaluation, guided onboarding, and responsible placement of candidates.
Registration & Screening
Candidate submits profile. Initial screening based on eligibility criteria.
Assessment & Interview
Aptitude and skills assessment followed by face-to-face interview.
HR Evaluation
HR round for final evaluation, document review, and background verification.
Selection & Candidate ID
Selected candidates may receive a unique Candidate ID via SMS after evaluation.
Offer Letter via ID + OTP
Offer letter accessed securely using Candidate ID and OTP verification.
Joining & Document Verify
Candidate reports on joining date. All original documents verified at this stage.
3-Month Training Program
Structured training may be at MCS LLP or an associated company, as per requirements.
Salary During Training
Candidates may receive salary during training as per applicable company policy.
Post-Training Evaluation
Candidates undergo evaluation exam upon training completion to assess readiness.
Placement
