Interview Process

Interview Overview:

  1. Advertisement and Scheduling: We are pleased to announce our job interview process, which includes detailed scheduling information to facilitate your participation. Our goal is to extend a job offer to candidates who demonstrate the qualities and skills we seek to bring on board.
  2. Written Examination: To assess your fundamental knowledge and confidence, you will be required to take a written exam. This helps us gauge your understanding of relevant concepts and your ability to handle basic tasks.
  3. Face-to-Face Interview: Candidates who perform well in the written examination will proceed to a face-to-face interview. This stage allows us to further evaluate your suitability for the role through direct interaction and discussion.
  4. Selection and Onboarding: If you are selected as a suitable candidate, we will forward your CV to the onboarding team. We aim to provide a seamless transition into our organization for those who meet our criteria.

Joining Process

Successful Completion of Interview:

Upon successfully clearing our interview process, selected candidates will receive an SMS notification confirming their success. You will be provided with an offer or appointment letter outlining the details of your employment.

Joining Instructions:

  • Notification: Candidates who have passed the interview will be informed via SMS and will receive their offer letter.
  • Joining Date: You are required to join within 5-7 days of receiving the offer letter. Please ensure you print out a copy of the letter and bring it along with any other required documents to the venue on the scheduled date.

Joining Process Details:

  • Documentation: Bring a printout of your offer letter and other related documents to the venue.
  • Orientation: The joining process will include an orientation to help you familiarize yourself with our company and its policies.

Training

Initial Training:

  • Basic Training: Upon joining and signing the necessary agreements, you will undergo basic training for one day. This will cover essential information about our company and your role.
  • On-the-Job Training (OJT): Following the initial training, you will participate in a three-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. This will provide practical experience and hands-on learning in your specific role.

Further Training Information:

Event Point of Contact:** Any additional clarification or details regarding training will be provided by the designated point of contact at the event.

Placement

Post-Training Placement:

  • Mandatory Training Completion: After successfully completing the basic training and OJT, you will be considered for permanent employment with our company.
  • Work Location: As a permanent employee, your work location may be assigned anywhere in West Bengal, depending on the needs of the company and your role.

Final Steps:

  • Training Venue: Complete your OJT at the allocated training venue within West Bengal.
  • Permanent Employment: Upon successful completion of all training phases, you will be officially welcomed as a permanent member of our team.
